Shri Iyengar : Chief Financial Officer

Shri has a diverse background with over 30 years in finance and operational roles. He completed his MBA at the Wharton School of Business before joining Corning Inc. in their Control function. At Corning, Shri developed reporting systems for the Advanced Materials Division and was the financial lead in some of Corning’s acquisitions in their Telecom Division. For the past 20 years, Shri has helped entrepreneurial venture and PE backed companies as CFO. Recently Shri was CFO at Maple Hill Creamery (MHC). Prior to MHC, Shri was CFO at Corr-Jensen (“CJI”, a sports supplement company). Prior to CJI he was COO at Botanical Laboratories for eight years where he assisted the company through a sale to Nature's Way, and was also part of the sale of Insitu Inc. (a unmanned systems manufacturer) to Boeing in 2007.
